Welcome to the Empty Bowls 2024 event, hosted by Square One Community Inc. in Moose Jaw! This annual gathering is more than just a meal; it's an opportunity to make a difference in our community.

Join us on Friday, November 15th, 2024, at Zion United Church Lower Hall for a heartwarming experience that's all about compassion, community, and combating hunger and homelessness.

How to Purchase Tickets:

Getting your tickets for Empty Bowls 2024 is easy!

Option 1: Purchase your tickets for $20.00 in cash at the door on the day of the event. We'd love to welcome you in person.

Option 2: Buy your tickets ahead of time by emailing us at communitysquareone@gmail.com. Please include your name, phone number, and the number of Empty Bowls tickets you would like to purchase in your email.

We accept E-transfer to communitysquareone@gmail.com. In the transfer section please include your name, phone number and the number of Empty Bowls tickets you require.

Every ticket purchase contributes to Square One Community Centre's mission of providing essential support to those experiencing housing insecurity.

What is Empty Bowls?

Empty Bowls is a unique event with a dual purpose: to raise funds and to create awareness about poverty, hunger, and homelessness in our community. At the core of this event is a simple yet powerful concept: guests choose a bowl donated by various local organizations and fill it with delicious soup prepared by local Chefs. They then sit down among friends and neighbors, enjoy their meal, and learn about how their contribution is making a positive impact on the lives of unhoused individuals in our community. The best part? Guests get to keep their chosen bowls, often treasured as collectors' items.
